Cancellation Policy
To ensure optimal service for all our clients, I require a deposit to secure your appointment, which will be applied to your total service cost. I ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. If you fail to cancel or to show up, your deposit will be used as a cancellation fee to cover for the reserved time. Contact me to reschedule and I’ll transfer your deposit to a new appointment. I understand emergencies happen, so please reach out as soon as possible.
